Kek kıvamında bir hamur elde edin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yağlanmış tepsiye yarısını dökerek diğer yarısına kakaoyu ekleyerek karıştırıp tepsiye dökün. 180-200º C da önceden ısıtılmış fırında kızartın. Fırından çıkarınca revani fazla soğumadan şerbetini döküp, çekmesini bekleyin. Biraz soğuyunca dilimleyerek servis yapın. Bir kabın içine beyaz peyniri ufalayın Karabiberi ve pulbiberi de ekledikten sonra hepsini karıştırın. Yufkayı açın ve uzunlamasına 3'e katlayın. Ortasına peynirli harctan koyup kenarlarını suyla ıslatıp gözleme kare şeklini alacak şekilde kapatın. Diğer yufkalara da aynı işlemi uygulayın. Tavaya biraz sıvı yağ koyup kızdırdıktan sonra gözlemeleri teker teker arkalı önlü kızartın. Servis tabağına aldıktan sonra üzerine tereyağı sürün.
